Yoni Yoga is a connection of the physical, mental and spiritual exercises with an emphases on the pelvic floor. Use your yoni egg while contracting and releasing your pelvic floor muscles at the same time you practice pelvis focused yoga moves. During each yoga pose, concentrate on deep controlled breathing while making a conscious connection with your womb space. Yoni Yoga is used to strengthen, heal and promote a healthy womb space for every stage of womanhood all while practicing your yoni egg kegel exercies.
Make sure to have your yoni egg in place and ready to work. During each pose make sure to incorporate your kegel contract and release. Release your pelvis muscles while you inhale and contract your pelvis muscles while you exhale.
- Stretch – 5 mins
- Start with a nice deep stretch that taps into all zones of your body from head to toe
- Meditate – 5 mins
- Take this moment to breath, focus and set your intentions. Focus on your wombspace and finding your pelvic muscles
- Yoga – 30 mins
- Stretch – 5 mins
- Finish with a deep stretch that taps into all zones of your body from head to toe
